ZARITRANS · Roadside Assistance
A website built for the moment when every second matters.
From breakdown to phone call — the shortest possible path.
About the project
For roadside assistance, visitors are not casually browsing. They have a problem and need the fastest possible route to help. ZARITRANS was therefore designed around one primary action — making contact as easy as possible.
The challenge
- The customer has to act immediately.
- When a vehicle breaks down, complex navigation and long copy only get in the way.
- Services, the phone number and a way to share location need to be available at once — especially on mobile.
What we built
- Clear 24/7 positioning
- Click-to-call actions
- Location sharing
- Mobile-first UX
- Local pages and SEO structure
- BG / EN / DE / EL
- Google Business / local visibility
- Fast access to services
How it works
- Built for urgent intent: a clear structure with direct call and contact actions, fast access to core services and a strong mobile experience — without unnecessary steps.
- Local visibility: the site structure presents served areas and road corridors clearly, including the Struma Motorway, as a foundation for local SEO and Google Business presence.
- Four-language experience: the site is available in Bulgarian, English, German and Greek so help is not blocked by language on an international route.

The result
The outcome is a digital presence built to drive action — not just look polished. Its structure follows the real customer job: find the right service and reach ZARITRANS as quickly as possible.
