Which phone format should I use?
International format (+359…) is safest. Local numbers starting with 0 are accepted and normalised.
Does it work on desktop?
Scanning is done with a phone. If Viber is installed, the deep link opens the chat; on desktop it depends on the Viber client.
Is this different from a WhatsApp QR?
Yes. This is a separate Viber deep link. Choose the channel your customers actually use.
